This month is a time of sacred reflection because we begin the Lenten Season on February 22nd which is Ash Wednesday. It is there that we begin our journey to the cross and all of our focus is on our risen Savior Jesus Christ.
Our AWANA Club will host an Ash Wednesday Service here at the church to begin that journey. We must elevate this service to our community so we can share the remarkable love of God, shown in Christ Jesus. Let’s make a priority to attend this wonderful service.
My hope is that every person in our loving fellowship will join together to read our devotions together for lent and make it a priority to participate in one of our Bible Studies. This will certainly draw us nearer to God as we study His word and lift up His Son Jesus Christ throughout the Lenten season.
Let’s make the most of February to enjoy the fellowship of our Valentines event and make an absolute priority of our Sunday Worship Services.
